Surveying The Effective Factors of Decision Making About Using of Teleworking In Iranian Organizations

In recent three decades، ICT experienced extraordinary progress. Governments have done positive efforts to make themselves electronic institutions and one of the manifestations of these efforts is using of teleworking. In this research we study the elements that affect the decisions of workers about using of teleworking. The statistical population is Iranian organizations and sample selected from this population is employers of Ministry Of Industry، Mining & Trading in Iran. Data were gathered with a questionnaire designed by researchers and then، four hypotheses were tested using SEM methods. The results show that job characteristics، characteristics of technologic environment، and personal characteristics have an effective and positive influence on decision-making about using of teleworking.
