Law disobedience in Iran: Searching for New Way to Rule of Law in Iran

As far as the problem of law obedience in Iran is concerned, some deficiencies are traceable. In this article I tried to explain, from a different view, the problematic and suggest some strategies for getting rid of the lacks. For an instance, individualistic view reduced the problem and rendered the estimation of the problem to the mere evaluation of people attitude. In this article, I argued that we need to be careful about some structural and institutional instances. Based on the “rule of law index” which is normally used in the world project of justice I tried to find some different indexes to analyze and estimate the condition of rule of law in Iran comparatively and structurally. In the end, I tried to enjoin some strategies which are concerned to change the present situation in Iran.
