A Study of Level of Familiarity with the Administrative System of Iran among the Law Students of Payame Nour University in Hormozgan System of Iran

This study is a survey of the level of familiarity with the administrative system in Iran among the law students of Payame Nour University in Hormozgan Province. Nowadays, the administrative law seems to have an unbreakable link with protection of basic citizens’ rights, our society is also not an exception in this regard. Thus, familiarity with the administrative law and explaining it for the society is law students’ duty. The main research question of this study is “what factors affect the level of the familiarity of law students with the dominant administrative system in Iran?” In order to find an answer to this question, after providing a definition for the administrative system, the theoretical principles have been presented based on the impact of having knowledge about the administrative system on the compliance of the citizen’s rights. Then, there is an analysis of the data based on the data obtained through questionnaire. The results shows that some factors like practical experience, scientific research, and the teacher’s teaching methods in Hormozgan’s Payame Nour universities play a significant role in the law students’ familiarity with the administrative system in Iran.
