The prediction Organizational Health through person - organization uniqueness components

Abstract:
The main purpose of this study was to study the relationships between person- organization uniqueness and organizational health. A correlation research method was used. The statistical population (n=280) consisted of all faculty members of Kermanshah medical sciences university in the 2013-14 academic year. Using stratified random sampling method, and the Cochrane formula about (116 m and 96 f) subjects were selected as study sample. The data gathering instrument were two questionnaires of "kristof's person-organization uniqueness standard(1996)" and the organizational health questionnaire of Hoi,et al.(19960). The instrument reliabilty were estimated to be. /97 and. /91. The results showed there was significant positive relationship. between person- organization uniqueness and organizational health. Also findings showed that organization heath can be predicted by knowledge interest goals and values as the components of person- organization uniqueness.
