Level of the Quality of Life and Its Relationship with Religious Identity (Case study: Yasouj)

The research aimed to investigate the level of the quality of life amongst the citizens residing in Yasouj and investigate its relationship with religious identity. The research employed a survey method with descriptive-analytic approach and with a sample of 400 individuals who were selected from 15 boroughs of Yasouj City. Research finding showed that the majority of Yasouj inhabitants have the middle and high level of the quality of life. Also, on religious context, about 88.2 percent of people who have strong religious. Results indicated that there is significant and positive relationship between dimensions religiosity (ritual, faith, emotional and outcome) and quality of life. The result also showed that there is only significant relationship between marital status and the quality of life among demographic variables.
