Necessity of Teaching Enforcement Officials Justice and the Judicial Police in the Penal realization of justice and protect the rights of defendants In the Iranian criminal system

Enforcement officials of justice and police have authority in doing tasks and their assignments that can become led to the freedom restraining of citizens for this reason, It is essential those who are restraining and are empowered to become familiar with the civil rights. Preparation and approval comprehensive rules are made cause stability and influence legislation and as well ease of use of and timeliness. Nowadays legislative problems somewhat is solved, but topic of education judicial officers that it is necessary for law enforcement by them, The current rules and former code of criminal procedure is not considered so that it is competent. This research has been conducted with the aim of determine the role of the justice court in the criminal justice and the protect the rights of the accused's defense the rules especially new law code of criminal procedure and he main research question is that to what extent in Iranian penal system attention is the role of judicial officers in citizenship rights and operational problems what is in promotion of justice court in current situation.The present study the objective is as an applied research and using documents is collected. Information needed research. The results show before the new code of criminal procedure particular attention has been the necessity of court and its methods the prosecution by the institution prosecution and court president. But in new law code of criminal procedure have been resolved this vacuum is partly that recommended in executive bylaws the law specifically processes and practices of judicial officers be regulated and sanctions of duty prosecutor anticipated and fully applied in the court of justice.
