The Feasibility Study of Expansion Micro-Industrial Units to Small and Medium Enterprises (SMEs) in West Azerbaijan Province

The main goal of this study was investigating the feasibility of transform of micro industrial enterprise to small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in West Azerbaijan province. This study was a descriptive study with survey method. The population of the study included 41 small industrial units in West Azerbaijan province. The research instrument was questionnaire that its reliability and validity was confirmed. After collecting data, data were analyzed with SPSSwin15 software. The results showed that organizational, management and environmental-economic factor were explained about 70 percent of micro industrial development variance. The result of mean comparison base on export capability and delivery services problem showed that there was significant difference in the "low awareness from export and import condition" and the "low quality of the product" variables in 99% and 95% level.
