The Strategic Management Model of Training and Education in the Iran's Armed Forces Universities

The research aims to design a model for strategic management of Armed Forces educational institutions. Using mixed research methods and statistical population, defined in the study, 104 completed questionnaires were collected that showed eligibility questions that are needed to confirm the structural model LISREL test values T and sub percentage higher than 73% LISREL structural confirmed the same. The model was confirmed with the significant high level and low variance estimation error, so that; in the first part of the questionnaire were analyzed the six major step strategic planning and in the second part of the questionnaire were analyzed the process of designing a model of strategic management of Training and Education, in the third part were analyzed the components of the universities’ educational affairs and in the final part, we were analyzed necessary processes of strategic management model educational system. Finally, it responded to the question of research and designed pattern and described the 19-step of study.
