Giving Meaning to Life and Its Influential Components in the Crime Prevention from the Perspective of the Noble Quran

Abstract:
One of the fundamental questions which it has a great effect on the human notion and conduct is whyness and whatness of life and consequently the perception of how to live. The approach to the meaning and concept of life is related to the notion to man, universe and the creator and their relation to each other. Incorrect understanding of these fundamental components will have an indirect impact on human deviation and crime commitment. According to this, crimes should be studied according to the specific culture of that society. With respect to the Quran teachings, giving meaning to the life and the prior crime prevention and deviation is the most important criminal policy of Islam. The ultimate aim of this policy is education of men who can avoid committing crime in direction of their growth with educated will. In this view, believing to metaphysics, God’s observation, being sent down the prophets by Him, and hence His help against difficulties and the existence of hereafter to achieve aftermath of his acts and also believing to the purposeful creation give meaning to human life and keep him away from deviation.
