Study of education effect on Health department staff's knowledge and attitudes:Kashan 2006-2012

Everyone on your arrival organization requires specialized training related to their job duties Otherwise cause harm to, the activities and behavior. Hence the importance of the papers served to him. The aim of the present study is the effect of education on knowledge and attitude of health department staff's of Kashan University of Medical Sciences is 85 to 91. This study is quasi-experimental. This study was conducted on all new employees of health department that are about 207 persons. Questionnaire was designed to collect data by researcher, before and after the training session, subjects were given. Descriptive and inductive statistical methods were applied using SPSS software, version 1. The mean of the pre-test 50.55, Mean of post-test54.44 and mean of upgrade was 15.3. Number of training courses 29 courses persons 14 and the training enforcement units annually was 14 units. The highest score of pre-test relevant to department of drug store in year 2011, lowest score of pre-test relevant to department of static in year 2012. The highest score of post-test relevant to mental health unit in year 2012, lowest score of post-test relevant to health education unit in year 86, the highest score of promote relevant to schools health unit in year 91 and the lowest score of promote relevant to health education unit in year 2007. Served upon the proper conduct of training showed that significant impact on increasing the skills of new employees. Therefore, it is of particular interest to policy makers and practitioners need to revise annually to keep pace with new job requirements, employees will enhance the quality of services and consent.
