Designing a Future Oriented Model for Technology Policy Documents of Islamic Revolution

Futures studies attempts to exploit rational decision and global planning in social، cultural، political، economic، scientific and technological sections where policy makers، leaders need more wise interaction with complex and chaotic world of future. Destroying and failure of models made by human beings such as preparing documents for technology policy has always-negative effects on human societies. Designing a model for technology policy documents based on Islamic believes، social values، religion instructions inside of forward thinking is primary goal of this research. The research is qualitative and it applies document analysis method with deductive approach. Documents of technology policy have been selected as input of the research. To make a better result we apply inference techniques. Deductive study of the research focuses more on valuable resources، which encourage policy makers to use. In the first stage we collected resources and then studied them، data was extracted and classified. Policy in each section reflex the value of societies، so technology policy documents as key drivers of developed and developing countries should respect to local value of each society، in our country should respect to religion and revolution values.
