Student's Trust in Police (Case Study: Payame Noor Students of Hamedan)

The present paper is to measure student's trust in police in 2011. The objectives of the study were: measurement of the student's trust in police and some other organization' comparing the amount of student's trust in police and other organizations; clarifying the relationship between the student's socio-economic statuses and the amount of trust. The statistical sample included 319 of the Payam -e- Noor Students of Hamedan. Spss was used to analyze the collected data. The findings of the study demonstrated that 52% of the participants trust in the police in the process of maintaining law and order. The findings suggest that empowerment of the police organization for the better maintenance of law and order is a need.
