Civilian right role in police forces function in crime discovery (a case study of disciplinary command of Qom province)

The present literature is dealing with civilian right and its role in police missions (exploration of crimes). To survey the same types of civilian right items that kind of encountering to them can carry a positive or negative effect in crime exploration, this inquiry came to force. Contributing of the measurement – analytic method, this study has been prepared. Incorporating the existent rules and thesis and using of questionnaire – that is based on Lickret spectrum – and selecting the sample extent as the census – taking in the field of discovery of crimes from the 61 members of authorities and experts involved in disciplinary command, have been conducted. Obtained results of data analysis – that are originated from SPSS software and analytical tests – suggest the correctness of these specified theories. The consequences of inquiry imply that three thesis of police respect and people awareness to the civilian right and also knowledge extent of police to the lawful and scientific issues could contribute the police in crime exploration. The theory of being incomplete and ambiguity exist in three articles relating to the rule of following the respect in civilian rights, could create the serious obstacles in police conducts in crime disclosure. Based upon achieved consequences, some practical proposals – that are appropriate with every theory – have ultimately been propped.
