Evaluation of OLI images in the separation of six Iranian wheat varieties using spectral library

Information provision about areas under cultivation of wheat and amount of its products، upplies the successful and ustainable management in the economic policies of this product. Introduction of high pectral and special resolution atellite data has enabled production of such information in a timely and accurate anner. Analysis of the spectral eflectance of plants، using field spectrometry and spectral library formation، increase the ossibility of separating arious wheat species and distribution map preparation. So، spectral behavior curve for 6 ype of wheat called; Bahar، hamran، Pishtaz، Shiraz، Shiroodi and Yavarous was measured at three stage of growth t the «Seed and plant mprovement Institute»، Karaj، Iran. Measurements were carried out using a field pectroradiometer in the range of 50-2500 nm wavelength under natural light and environmental conditions. At the pre processing stage، three noisy ranges effected by vapor was detected and omitted to enhance the gathered data quality، wrong observation were omitted by using statistical methods. To highlight probable spectral reflectance differences of studied types، first، spectral response function of OLI sensor was applied to spectral library. Then، by using 2 important vegetation indices and sensible to chlorophyll density، photosynthesis، Nitrogen and water content severity at the plant canopy، final separately threshold was estimated in the case of time series and single time. Next، by field visits in the fields at the Noor Abad Mamassani، Fars، Iran، identified fields were classified by using Landsat 8 OLI imageries and spectrums in the spectral library.
