Explaining the Key Features of Cultural Managers from the Perspective of Islam (By Exploring Quran and Letter 53 of Nahj al-Balagha)

ment and the evolution of man. This book along with the authentic Hadith narrated from Ahl al-Bayt (Quran and Sunnah) can be considered as a navigator torch forever and for all time and spaces. It can also meet the needs of human life. This paper aims to describe and explain the attributes and characteristics of cultural managers. Moreover, the paper seeks to answer the following fundamental question:”What are the most important features of cultural managers from the perspective of holy Quran and Nahj al-Balagha?” The paper is functional and has applied qualitative research method. Data are presented in a descriptive way. The findings analysis suggest that in the field of desires, thoughts and behavior 12, 18 and 20 features were identified, respectively. In the field of faith, knowledge and behavior 9, 7 and 12 index were introduced, respectively. Ultimately, in the field of public standards 20 factors, technical standards 11 factors, and school standards 12 factors were identified and introduced, respectively.
