Designing a Model for Effective Organizational Leadership according to Tradition of Prophet of Islam (PBUH)

This paper aims to design an effective leadership pattern of prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The research method is qualitative content analysis. It has also used selected texts of prophet Muhammad (PBUH). In this study، 351 stories were selected and studied as predicate. As a result، 195 messages، 33 concepts، 7 categories، and 3 general dimensions were identified. Results show that the leadership style of prophet Muhammad (PBUH) is based on 3 axes: relationship with God (faith evolution)، relationship with individuals (individual evolution)، and relationship with society (social and organizational evolution). The findings reveal that word and deed of the prophet in practice is a function of belief، a significant factor to influence his followers. Social and individual evolution of leadership can be a function of doctrinal and moral evolution in him. It can also be said that two variables of hearts compilation (management over hearts) and rationality، have the highest frequency and repetition between observed indices in the tradition of his leadership and accordingly his leadership can be interpreted as Rahmani leadership. Based on research results، with respect to Impact Factor of internal evolution on other aspects of leader’s activities، it can be suggested that the managers of our organizations must first create any evolution in themselves in order to increase the effectiveness.
