Studying the Mediating Role of Personel Motivation in the Effect of Social Capital on Intrapreneurship

Abstract:
Present paper studied the effect of social Capital on organizational enterpreneure with due consideration for moderating role of personel motivation. This research is a descriptive and applied study. The Statistical Population of this paper includes 200 people who work in different branches of Parsian Bank in 13 Metropolitan Area of Tehran. Among whome 128 people were considered as the sample according to Morgan Sampling table. Furthermore, stratified Random Sampling method was used. In this paper, three standard questionnaires were used as data collection tools. The Questionnaires content validity verified bysome related experts and their stability confirmed by using of Cronbach's alpha. The results of data analyzing through Pearson Correlation Coefficient test showed that direct effect of social capital on eterpreneurship equals to 0.422 and its indirect effect is 0.141 because of motivation variable. In addition, about 25 percent of dependent variable mean enterpreneuship variation describes by social capital and motivation.
