The Role of Especialized Training in Satisfying Tehran's Intelligence and Public Security Polcie

The present study seeks to investigate the role of especialized training in satisfying Tehran's Intelligence and Public security police. Iran police university students educated and employed in Tehran police commandment as well as some managers and commanders constituted the statistical sample of the study. The findings of the study demonstrated that there were significant relationships between some courses presented on the training and the necessary knowledge of the students. The rates of the managers and commander's satisfaction of the subject's skills were as follows: management skill:59.35%; operational skill: 61.20%; admistration skill: 69.75%; and intelligence skill: 71.25%.
