Conceptual model of relation of creativity and creative thinking in Islamic republic of Iran police

The purpose of doing this research is to introduce a conceptual model to show the relationship between creativity and creative thinking in Islamic republic of Iran police. To collect data, library sources and scientific articles in external and internal credential publication data basis about research topic that have been published and are accessible were reviewed by analytical method. Key words of creativity and creative thinking and police in the sources were explored. This analytical study indicated that based on purposed theories in two domains of creativity and creative thinking, a conceptual model can be introduced that reflects the relationship between them. Purposed model indicated that combination and interaction of personal, collective and organization effective factors with one another have resulted in increase of creativity nurture in organization which is very effective in its survival. Besides creative thinking itself is the results of a set of different types of thinking styles such as divergent thinking, horizontal thinking, unconscious thinking, value thinking, generative thinking and analytical thinking and based on Sternberg and William's theory it is a composite, analytical and practical thinking. The result of these two sets in parallel to each other makes the creative thinking that becomes itself part of creativity. The model that was introduced in this research indicated that there is a relationship between these two concepts that their application in dynamic organization and organization that always face with environmental changes such police and disciplinary forces are very important.
