The Impact of Perceived Diversity on Financial Performance of Team: organizational trust as moderator

Abstract:
This research for management and optimal operation of diversity in teams، investigated types of perceived diversity and their relationship with financial performance of team in considering the role of organizational trust as moderator. The Statistical population was branches of the Tejarat Bank in Mazandaran province (57 branches). Sample were 50 Branches (branch as a team) who have been selected through the simple random sampling in 2014. Data was collected by questionnaires of perceived diversity and organizational trust. The data of per profit/ loss in branches was used For measuring of financial performance in teams. Findings have been shown that financial performance has a positive correlation (0. 321) with perceived variety، a negative correlation (-0. 371) with perceived disparity and a non-significant correlation with perceived separation. moreover، the organizational trust moderated the relationship of perceived variety and financial performance of team. therefore results have shown the strong moderate effect (1. 277) for organizational trust.
