With the increasing deployment of e-government, one of the main problems of monitoring and inspections in Iran is using the old and traditional tools and methods of monitoring and detecting crime and systematic implementation of electronic monitoring could be an appropriate tool to prevent, detect crime, and the realization of e-government.
