Identifying the Effective Factors on Success of Strategic Planning by Structural Equations Modeling Method (Iran Insurance Company of Tehran City

The purpose of this study was to identify factors that influence the success of strategic planning using statistical techniques، structural equation modeling was to provide a model for successful strategic planning. After literature review and integration of the results، identify organizational factors influencing the success of strategic planning and interactive factors and organizational factors are grouped into two categories. The purpose of the research، and application of methods for data collection was a descriptive correlation. The population included all of Iran Insurance Company of Tehran (410 patients) using cluster sampling، 196 subjects were selected and examined. Instruments for data collection questionnaire that its validity based the views of experts and statistical techniques using confirmatory factor analysis was confirmed and their reliability was confirmed by Cronbach''s alpha coefficient. The results of the statistical technique of structural equation modeling showed that the interaction of factors directly and indirectly، and General factors directly affect the success of the strategic plan to be effective.
