Determine ongoing obstacles af Smart School development in Hamadan Province

The goal of this study to determine on going obstacles of smart School development from managers and Teachers’ view. Collecting data; it was used the questionnaire That made by researcher. The kinds of questionnaires are determine and brushed up on by experts. Analyzing, it was used analyse statistic of Exploratory and Confirmatory Factors. Pre – Test; Koroti Battery test was used and kmo test was used in order To investigate accurate Sampling and data (Kmo= 0/80, Koroti battery. Test= 2335/13).Extracting exploratory factor: 5 factors releaved ongoing obstacles of smart school development by dint of Calculation of %46/23 variance. The results showed human resources, hardware, Software, Culure and mangment as taking smart of schools Play role basically.
