The Purpose of this Study was to determine relation Psycological and Social factors on altruism of School maker benefactors. The research method is Correlation and the Sampling is Multistage Cluster.Also, krejcie & Morgan table included 370 Samples determine. Collecting data; neo Personality Test, Optimism, Schwartz General Selp- efficacy, Hermans Measure of achievement, mundane Values,meta – Physic, Ethical autonomous and Feeling used. Data is analyzed by Pearson Corrrlation Matrix, and Muli Variable regression. The Findings Showed That There is relation between different dimensions of Personality and altruism of School maher benefactors. Also, There are relation among Social factors or Ethical autonomous, mundane Values, Ethical feeling and Meta- Physic and altruism af school maher meta benefactors. There are relation among self- Efficacy, Optimism, Measure af achievement and altruism of school maker benefactors. Psycological Factors included extroverted, optimism, Life Orientering and Self- factors included extroverted, agreement, life Orientering and Self- efficacy Play efficient role on altruism. Thus, extroverted, agreement, Life Orientering and Self- efficacy, mundane Values, Meta - Physics, Ethical Feeling were Predicated benefactors’ altruism.
