Exploratory and Confirmatory Factor analyse of Teacher's Vocation duty motivation

Abstract:
The Society derelopment Counts on Kinds of activities which Perform in universities. Teachers Play role in universtites’ develofment and Finally the Society development. Studying Teachers’ Motivalton, behavior Causes, and efficient factors can affect Performance improvement, and educational system development.the purpose of this research is to study scale factor structure of teachersvocation duty motivation.thre study method is descriptive. the statistical population is 262 teachers in Islamic Azad university,central branch.the sampling method is random.the result of exploratory factor analyse showed all scale factors in the society studied and cofirmatory factor analyse Indicated data values. Cronbach's Coefficient Alpha showed That the validity of Motivation Scale of Teachers’ Vocatation duty Is acceptable. at last, The result Showed That There is Postitve relation Between Teachers’ Vocatation duty Motivation Factors and Self- efficacy. There is negative relation with Job Burnout. This study created new motivation Concept and also its assessment Tool in high education system
