The Grand kingdom Mahdaviyyat and civilization in The Holy Quran

Message:
Abstract:
Believing in originality of urbanization and industrialized society in western civilization and in the notion that the terms, civilization and Medina (city), have the same root, have forced Islamic commentator s and scholars to look for the keyword Medina in the Quran in order to analyze the characteristics of Islamic Civilization in the Quran. This fact has made it difficult for this group to have solid clarifications, especially when it comes to contrasting the two terms Medina (city) and Qari’ah (which, for them, conveys the meaning of village and therefore being away from civilization). This contrast may not be real.Direct reference to The Holy Quran and conducting civilizational studies in the framework of Mahdaviyyat and its teachings, bring us to a phenomenon in the End of the Time that is called Mulk (kingdom) in terminology of the Holy Quran. This kingdom is the best example of civilization that can be used as an exact standard and criterion to identify and evaluate the civilizations throughout the history.
