Analyzing the content of " Nahjol balaqe" from welfare point of view

In order to keep people in a satisfied estate governments have tried to provide some or all people general privileges to meet their needs, although their involvements in this matter were different. This study has tried to review some of “ali ibn Abi taleb”s (Imam Ali’s) welfare measures in governing as a mentor and big influence on Iranians. Therefore the method of analyzing the content is used. General analyzing of “Nahjol balaqe”s content and providing the results in quantitative tables and qualitative Explanation. After various studies over “Nahjol balaqe” book, the welfare measure throughout the content of this book was divided into nine categories: 1-Poverty 2-charity 3-knowlegd and education 4-justic 5-right and wrong 6-consultation 7-intellection 8-contentment and greed 9-allience, friendship and trust And then the quantity of each category was taken into account for analyzing “nahjol balaqe” in this field
