Analysis and critique of the lies and accusations of Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Wahhab encountering the Shiites

Muhammad Ibn Abd al-Wahhab is one of those who have tried to distort the image of Shiites by making unfounded accusations against them. One of his accusations is that Shiites believe that Imam Hassan (A.S) has no descendants, so that they could consider Imam Mahdi (A.S) as the descendant of Imam Hussein (A.S). While, Shiites believe Imams are Divinely Chosen. And he also attributes to the Shiites that, they are waiting for their Imam to reappear from the basement. He not only considers the Shiites outside the Islam but also accuse them of believing in the fact that Aisha has committed fornication, but Shiites have consensus on chastity of wives of the Prophet (P.B.U.H). He accuses Shiites to have distorted Quran and this is utterly wrong. In this present writing we have analyzed and criticized these accusations, most of which comes from the book “Risala fi al-radd 'ala al-rafidah”, so that his unfounded accusations are discredited.
