Investigation the potential of using fibrillated Nano Lignocellulose (NFLC) instead of Fibrillated NanoCellulose (NFC) with emphasis on packaging purposes

Nowadays, the use of Nanoparticles due to the lightness, renewable, high surface area and high resistance in cellulosic composites and paper has been very important and by identifying and utilizing nanotechnology, tremendous opportunities has been located in the cellulose and packaging industry. Nano lignocellulose have interesting properties, such as renewable, low cost, very high specific surface area and resistance, chemical and mechanical stability, lattice structure and high cation exchange capacity factors. According to the packaging industry aims to improve the properties of paper and packaging cardboard, use of eco-friendly product and also low price seems necessary. Use of NFC to strengthen the paper and cardboard used in the packaging industry is not economy, because these products are mostly dark in color (brown) and are required to use Nano fibrillated cellulose (NFC) containing pure cellulose is bleached. So use of Nano lignocellulose fibrillated (NFLC) instead of Nano fibrillated cellulose (NFC) in coating of paper and paper board used for the packaging industry leads to reduce costs of raw materials, energy consumption and production (bleached and Homogenizing) of this substance.
