Designing Strategies and Approaches of Outsourcing in Iran Police

Iran police is one of vital and sensitive organizations in the country whose mission is guarding and protecting the Islamic revelation values, establishing security and order in the society and providing public and personal peace. Regarding population boom, technology growth and violation and crime complexity, to have efficient police, police forces should transform part of its duties and missions to outside so that it can focus its attention to strategic duties and missions. Therefore the experience of privatization in other countries police have indicated that not only there is no single world approach to privatization but also successful implementation of this plan is subjected to different conditions and factors and has required specific requirements. For this research the library, the experiences of other countries and selection of suitable statistical sample from among experts are used to deal with different aspects of outsourcing and privatization and then strategies and approaches, musts and must not, requirements, obligations, concerns and Iran police strategies in applying these important policies are extracted. The aim of this research is applicatory and smart PLS2 software and structural equation modeling are used to analyze the data and confirmed by affirmative factor analysis.
