Recreating the architectural heritage, a way to tourism boom, Case Study: Introducing

One of the richest elements of civilization and culture of each country which is a sign of civilization and indicates the presence of a history, is surviving architectural monuments which forces everyone to admire. Preserving, protecting and how to maintaining the heritage of ancestors is a basic necessity for any country. So far architecture has played a special role in tourism, it is of interest to the cities of valuable historical buildings destination of tourists received. It is receiving of attention to buildings with historical value in tourist destination cities. The architecture of each region, based on forms of marketing can recognize requirements, goals, different aspects of tourism and contribute significantly to its prosperity. In recent years, the success of some architectural monuments in attracting tourists to the cities, some non-suggestive, has been caused attention to the role of architecture in tourism boom, an approach that is also beneficial economically and culturally. Today, architecture and tourism is increasingly linked together and it seems we should expect in the future more examples of ancient architecture that will be revived in order to achieve tourism objectives. The main purpose of this study is to introduce "Avades Hurdananyan's home", reconstruction and using it for different applications of cultural and tourism. Research methodology is based on a literature review and field works. The house is located in the center of Rasht and the building dates back to the late Qajar period. With looking at this building can be see art and ability of Qajar period architects.
