The Ownership of a Specific Property with an Unidentified Owner among a Specific Group

Abstract:
If the ownership of a specific property belongs to one of two or more specific individuals and thereis no way to determine its rightful owner, the subject of this problem is neither an instance of the rule of 'ilmijmali (collective knowledge) according to which all parties should be cautious not to seize that property, not a case to use the rule of drawing.
