The Wife's Right of Sexual Gratification

Islamic legal system has designed women's sexual rights in the structure of family according to their natural and physiological needs. Apart from the rule that obliges women to have only one husband and heavy punishments for those who try to gratify their sexual needs out of the family, Islamic legal system has a new point of view based on respect for women. satisfied and if the husband does not undertake his responsibility in this regard which leads to hardship for the wife then the ruler of Shar' can divorce the wife through a judicial procedure.
