The Effect of Transformational Leadership on Promotion of Psychological Empowerment of Employees

Abstract:
This study aimed to assess the impact transformational leadership on staff's psychological empowerment is. For the purpose of this research, applied research and in terms of collecting data from the survey and the analysis of data correlation. After studying literature and patterns and the formation of the theoretical framework, important factors identified research and conceptual models and hypotheses were determined. The made questionnaires were used to measure the variables. The questionnaires were distributed among 196 employees of Ministry of Industry, Mine and Trade and its affiliated organizations based in Tehran who were selected by simple random sampling method. Test hypotheses using structural equation modeling showed that transformational leadership significant impact on employee's psychological empowerment. At the end led to an improvement of evolutionary psychology through empowerment of employees, have been proposed.
