Ratio of human rights and cultural diversity

Globalization is a factor to highlight cultural diversity in a new level; in a way that, the idea of cultural homogenization was eroded and the idea of cultural diversity was raised. The relationship between human rights and cultural diversity was considered.by the international organizations such as UNESCO. Cultural values of each society are potential that it can be used for respect and protection of human rights. In the present article has been analyzed ratio of for human rights and cultural diversity and in this regard, is used discourse analysis method that according to discourse theory of Laclau and Mouffe as a method of qualitative analysis. In evaluation ratio of human rights and cultural diversity has been used the discourse of universality of human rights and relativism of human rights.The result is that human rights guarantees cultural diversity and cultural diversity is a tool for strengthening human rights. Without respect for different cultures in different geographic regions can not see the realization of human rights.
