Triple Management Skills role in the Organization from Quran Point of View

The present article has been done based on Islamic learning and their applications in management roles in Kalleh industry in quantitative method in order to develop the triple skills (conceptual, humanistic and technical) patterns. The data analysis has been done in conformity factor analysis method by SPSS and Lirel software. The findings show that Kalleh dairy industry should perform and implement the managers’ skills and competencies based on the triple patterns by Islamic learning approach. The theoretical teaching is inevitable but the practical is more essential and important.
