The effectiveness of life skills training on enhancement of communication skills of students in military families

This study has been done to determine the impact of life skills training to improve communication skills in Military Families’ students of Tehran University.
In this study¡ two groups of 30 students at Tehran University¡ were selected by Non-random sampling. To collect data Communication skills questionnaire was used. Training workshop was conducted on Role Playing¡ questioning and answering which was taught by psychology professors. And relevant information was compared before and after training. Descriptive and Inferential statistics were used to analyze the data.
Results showed that the training will improve communication skills of students. Obtained scores were significant (p life skills Training have a positive impact on improving and enhancing the communication skills of individuals especially the students. Life skills are about how to act and behave. And if they are taught in practical¡ can change behavior in members of society¡ to promote the community.
