The effect of Contentious Procedure of thought training on Phylosophic mind of units and training centers managers of Islamic Azad University of Razavi Kora-san state

The current half trial research was done with the purpose of evaluating of the effect of contentious procedure of thought training on philosophical mind of units and training centers managers of Islamic Azad University of Khorasan Razavi state. This research was done through the census sampling of all members of statistical society in control and test groups which were sorted accidentally and the the philosophical mind standard questionnaire (including 42 questions) was used for gathering information. Then the result was registered as pretest score and in continuation philosophical stories (existence knowing, knowledge knowing and value knowing) were used as an interference. After that the manager's philosophical mind of control and test groups was measured and analyzed with the help of SPss 21 software and use of descriptive statistics , T test of two independent samples and covariance analysis. The results showed that contentious procedure of thought training (existence knowing, knowledge knowing, value knowing stories) has a meaningful impact on philosophical mind of managers.
