The investigate and Position of Islamic Azad University on Students as well as Graduates Educated Women

The purpose of this study is to investigate the role and position of women education on employment and development. The research method is applied and of two procedures descriptive- survey. The subjects are senior female students of all fields and university graduates as well. There were 1071 senior female students that 220 students were chosen as sample using Kerjcie and Morgan. There were also 2639 women graduates and the sample was 220 .
The questionnaire that was used as a data gathering device was proved reliable using pre test and calculating alpha. Its validity proved acceptable considering the experts` opinions. The data was analyzed using the SPSS software and the research hypotheses were accepted at 95% level.
