A Comparative Study of the Impact of Form of Political Management of Space on Regional Development: Case Study Qeshm and Kish

The island of Kish and Qeshm are important as important economic assets in Iran. Particularly, the region as a political-economic unit known as free zones and the public expect of such units is that the process of development and productivity in comparison to other areas of the travel speed and greater homogeneity. Hence, this research seeks to explain the reasons for this heterogeneity in the development of the island. In this context, the question is: What is the relationship between management and the development of regional political space there? What is the relationship between the management and development of heterogeneous political space there on the island? However, the management of bilateral and Countercurrent the island could have a significant growth in terms of development indicators. The output of this research has resulted in the conclusion that it seems Kish Island with integrity Space Agency has been able to has a from the operational level and consistent and integrated decision making. However, the management of bilateral and Countercurrent island, not in terms of development indicators significant growth. The results show that there is a space on the island in all aspects of organizing institution is required. The present study is part of an investigation of the causal nature of action research. The method used in this study is analytical and information is provided by the library studies.
