High management of Nehzat, Principles and Missions

One of the clear principles of constitution and foreign policy of Islamic Republic of Iran originated from Quran and monotheism principles is supporting the Muslims and oppressed peoples against arrogant powers. Since the Islamic Republic of Iran considers the human happiness in all human societies as its ideal, and independence, freedom and justice are recognized as the right of all people of the world, therefore, while refraining from any interference in the internal affairs of other nations, support the rightful struggles of oppressed against the tyrants, anywhere in the globe and in this regard, creating the new Islamic civilization is considered as its ideal. According to the constitution, upstream documents, Imam Khomeini and supreme leader’s statements, revolutionary guards of Islamic revolution and management of Nehzat are responsible for an important part of this mission. Now in this article we seek to answer this question: what are the foundations of high management of Nehzat and what certain missions are High management of Nehzat responsible for? At the beginning, we reviewed the concept of movement at the Quran, tradition, scientists and the leaders of Islamic revolution viewpoints and then, we research the indexes of high management of Nehzat in Islam and Ayatollah Khamenei’s words. Because the missions of High management of Nehzat have been defined in regard to fulfill the new Islamic civilization, while investigating the indices of Islamic civilization, the missions of High management of Nehzat, are determined under three missions: creating the movement, state- building, system –building and preservation of government in international environment.
