Designing Integration Pattern of Disciplinary Management Practices in Caspian Sea Coasts

Background and The current research purpose was to measuring alignment degree of main organizational strategies of integration management of Caspian Sea with HR strategies, structure and organizational culture, so in accordance with this purpose, the researcher at first recognizes the types of organizational strategy, structure, culture and HR strategy which have been used in integration management of Caspian Sea coasts and also by focusing on related research backgrounds in internal and foreign literature, the constituent and effective variables of organizational alignment have been recognized.
For collecting data, the author designed a questionnaire with 61 questions in 5 section. By regarding to the members of sampling universe, 108 questionnaire were distributed among managing directors, deputies, planning specialists and active NGOs in the field of Iran north cost environment and affiliated managers of this field and 79 questionnaires were gathered.
Findings and The acquired information and their interpretation indicated that the species of integration management of Caspian Sea coasts were as prospective strategy species, organizational culture species, very organic organizational structure species and contractive HR strategy species.
