Selection of Huge Strategies with Combinational Perspective Balanced Score Card (BSC) and Analytic Network Process (ANP)

This study is aimed Of selecting huge strategy (aggressive, defensive and analytical strategy) for iran khoodro and Was conducted by descriptive manner. In this research, initially four decision criteria for iran khoodro were identified using the balanced score card (BSC) including the financial, customer, internal process and growth and learning. Then questionnaires were distributed in iran khoodro company, calculated data were analyzed using the Super Decision software and, the highest priority is selected between the strategies for the company by analysis network process (ANP) and the results indicate that the highest priority for iran khoodro company is aggressive strategy.
