Using Multi-Criteria Policy Making Techniques to Locate the Industrial Parks (Case Study: Divandarreh's Industry Park, Kurdistan Province)

Managers and decision makers of industry select and organize places for gathering industrial units as complex or Park with regard to the views of Planning and National Development Strategies. The decision making to locate the establishment of a new industrial park is a process that must be done by taking into account various factors. This paper is intended to study the locating of Divandarreh Industrial Park in Kurdistan Province by using multi-criteria decision making techniques. For this purpose, various criteria will be determined taking into account of various economic, social and environmental factors for evaluating and comparison with proposed options. Then, the results of proposed ranked locations will be compared by using AHP, SAW and TOPSIS methods.
