Relationship between Social Capital and Job Satisfaction of Teachers of Physical Education (Case of the Hamedan Province)

Abstract:
Goal: Consequences of social capital in recent years has been much attention, however, little research has been about its relationship to job satisfaction. The main purpose of this study was to investigate the relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education of Hamedan province.
Method
This research uses descriptive - correlational questionnaire was conducted. Physical education teachers in the province were population of 850 people. According to Morgan, 265 of who were the subjects. Stratified random sampling was done. To test the hypothesis of Friedman's test and Pearson's correlation coefficient was used.
Results
Findings showed that there is significant relationship between social capital and job satisfaction of teachers of physical education, that it relationship is direct and positive, the Sharper, with increasing social capital teachers, job satisfaction increased.
