Regeneration the Brownfield Based on Identity Approach and Differenet Age Group Prefrences: Case study: Farzaneh Garden of Shiraz

Abstract:
This study examines the problems of brown field land and solutions to solve these problems by its residents. The method is based on interactions between independent variables including social problemsand dependent variables including improving the environment and choice of land use according to comments of the residents of the environment. Correlational research was used to see the preferences of different age groups and (SPSS) software to analyze the .data One of the main hypotheses of the study included lack of security around the site that the views of local residents and the issue was rejected by environment residents because the position of the site was in the center of town and activities were around the site. The main problem of environment that these people have mentioned as the main problem was the lack of use of green space garden . The results show that sex ¡ age¡ job¡ education and household members are not important factors in the selection of proposed land use¡ use of land and suggestions to improve the situation from the perspective of residents. But these items have significant relationships with the main feature of the landscape environment conditions and conditions using it.
