Studying Problems and Prioritizing the Cultural Harms and Issues (Case study: Ilam Province)

Abstract:
The main aim of the present research is to recognize the cultural damages and problems in Ilam and prioritizing them. To do so, the researchers after recognizing 92 cultural damages and problems as the main damages, classified them into a four-typology of economic damages of culture, social damages of culture, political damages of culture, and cultural damages of culture; then evaluated them according to statistical procedures. In this simple descriptive study, the researchers made a questionnaire by using Q Method after performing many stages. The questionnaire contained the most important cultural damages and problems and was submitted to 40 experts, managers, and pundits as samples. The results showed that the most dominant cultural problems in the province were unemployment (68.22%), the low level of work culture and effort in the society (64.81%), and the decline in the social liability (63.33) respectively. The hypotheses test results indicated that, first, there is a significant difference between the evaluation of agreement or disagreement with cultural problems in the province, and, second, as a matter of significance, the economic, political, cultural and social problems and damages have the highest ranks.
