Assessment of Condition Indicators of Development in the Townships of Ilam Province

Development plan at the regional level, understanding differences among the regions in terms of their enjoyment facilities and infrastructure social and Economic are among the necessities. One of assessment methods used in decision making techniques is a multi-attribute to assess, assessment and priority investment multiple choice to be handled. The main objective of this research is assessment of human Development Indicators in the townships of Ilam province. The research is an applied, of the nature of cross-sectional study and based on library studies and reviews of the field. Selected indicators in two stages. through the study of history and enjoying expert opinions were collected using Delphi integrated. After extracting indicators with four models namely Topsis, Vikor, Saw, and Taxonomy. Then by using prioritizing, strategies were integrated; at the end by GIS software and analysis Gaussia. The results shows that the city of Ilam is more privileged than other cities
