The Relationship between Communication Skills with Application Management Styles and Organizational Effectiveness Isfahan's Sport Managers and Present Model

Knowledge of the Relationship between communication skills and management styles with organizational effectiveness among Isfahan’s sport managers and present model was the main objective of the Present study. This study is a correlation study that was carried out through a survey. The study sample was selected sports organizations, sports administrators, and the population of the province of sports administrators 207 subjects Research were selected randomly. Measuring instruments Research were communication skills, organizational effectiveness and management styles. Descriptive and inferential statistical methods were used to analyze the data. The results are significant correlation between communication skills, organizational effectiveness and management styles of sports managers there. The path analysis model communication skills, effective management and organizational pattern reflects the conceptual models support research, It is recommended that communication skills, as one of the factors influencing the selection of managers for improving organizational effectiveness Sport managers in sports organizations, considered to be the custodians.
