Comparing job skill of science board member on physical education college of Tehran Azad University on different taxis

The aim of this study was to comparative determination of job skill on science board member of Physical Education College of Tehran Azad University on different taxis. The method of research is background measurement. Statistic society of the research is all member of science board Physical Education College of Tehran Azad University on the courses of sport biomechanic, sport physiology, and sport management. They are 93 persons. For data analysis, statistical model analysis of variance was used. The research findings showed a significant difference between the job skills and areas of research, teaching, educational theory, communication skills in three sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management, there are teachers and professors of management disciplines other fields of higher job skills. Results showed a significant difference between the skill (field teaching practical courses of training) in the three groups, sports biomechanics, exercise physiology and sports management faculty in all disciplines, there is no levels of skill a career in the field of teaching practical courses teaching have. Teachers than teachers in other disciplines as well as the management field with mean=73/03 and F= 6/43 higher than job skills.
